Step 2: Design Consultation
Upon receiving your deposit and images, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to arrange a design consultation. During this session, we will discuss your preferences for designs, colors, shapes, and any special add-ons via store inbox or email.

Step 3: Final Quote and Balance Payment
Based on the final design discussion, we will provide you with a detailed quote. At this stage, you will be requested to pay the remaining balance.

Step 4: Production
Our skilled artisans will begin crafting your custom nails. This meticulous process typically takes 7-14 business days.

Step 5: Quality Check
Each set of nails undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure they meet our high standards. We will also send you images of the final design for your approval.

Step 6: Packaging and Shipping
Your custom nails will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Custom Nails!
Upon receiving your custom nails, please inspect them immediately. If there are any quality issues, kindly contact us right away. We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues. We appreciate your understanding.
