Cancellation & Modification

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

MODIFICATION POLICY

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to customer@sivadesignart.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT:

Please note: Our nails are all personalized and personalized orders are locked immediately after the order is completed, so sometimes adjustments cannot be made. Please check all details carefully before completing your order.
If your order requires a design modification, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order, as it takes us longer to modify your design during this holiday season.

Please note that upon successful cancellation, the refund will be immediate. However, it may take up to 3 business days for Paypal refunds and 7 business days for credit or debit cards to be sent to the issuing bank before it is reflected on your bank or credit card statement, as this depends on the policy of your financial institution.
